The Experiments category showcases science projects that investigate questions through hands-on testing and observation. Students design and conduct experiments to explore how different variables affect an outcome. Projects typically follow the scientific method—forming a hypothesis, testing it through controlled experiments, collecting data, and analyzing results. This category highlights curiosity, critical thinking, and real-world problem solving as students discover how science works through experimentation.

Models

The Models category showcases physical representations that help explain scientific concepts, systems, or processes. Students create models to demonstrate how something works. These projects focus on clear visualization, creativity, and accurate representation of scientific ideas. Through models, participants turn complex theories into tangible displays that make learning more engaging and easier to understand.
